The Power of Thought

Today’s Message

: Is about the power of thought and what it can do.

The power of thought shapes your life where your going and the results occur in your life. That’s why its important to stay positive and optimistic at all times. If you focus on negative events, even if in you head you saying “please don’t let this happen” it will still occur because that’s what your mind is focusing on.

If you want to be financially successful than focus on your income and that it will increase. But do not focus on bills and what you have to put out. If you want to achieve a goal than focus on and visualize that goal and eliminate all distractions or indications of failure.

Now controlling your though will require lots of self discipline and control but once you’ve formed the habit it will be easy.

Now your probably wondering why this works…

This works so well and effectively because the subconscious mind is stronger than the conscious mind by a significant amount.Yes, that’s right the things in which you are unaware of but take in subliminally affect you  more than the things you are actively aware of.

So if all your thoughts are positive and working towards the things you want than you’ll notice a greater increase in good and desirable results.

Today’s Quote

“As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives.”
― Henry David Thoreau

Me, My Mental Health and I

Something I put together after a tough day. I really hope that those who don’t suffer with mental health problems take the time to read – sometimes all we need is for someone to ask how we’re doing.
